[COMM] Customer Service Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling customers complain, incoming / outgoing calls, customer’s inquiries, and administration

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Has pleasant personality as well as telephone etiquette
• Able to work independently as well as in team work
• Having related experience is an advantage
