Responsibilities:

* Pre & Post contract administration such as budget estimate, cash flow projection, purchasing and negotiation with suppliers.

Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying with relevant working experience.
* Minimum 2 years working experience in a interior renovation/ construction related firm.
* Willing to work overseas.
